With over 25 years combined experience in sales and marketing and running our own online businesses, we’ve worked with entrepreneurs at every stage of the process when it comes to growing a thriving online business… and now we want to help you do the same.

Hi, I’m Jaimee Maree…
For the past 10 years I’ve been on my entrepreneurial journey and boy has it been one hell of a ride. While having my online business I’ve worked with hundreds of entrepreneurs around the world. I’ve been lucky enough to work with Olympians, coaches, consultants, and multi million dollar businesses from my laptop on the other side of the world.
After living in South East Asia for 12 months, and running my business from the beaches in Thailand, it opened up my eyes to the opportunities that are available to you when you setup a profitable lifestyle online business… But it hasn’t always been like that.
When I started my entrepreneurial journey it was tough. I didn’t sleep, I didn’t eat, I lost my social life and I wasted a lot of time and money… and I hit rock bottom several times… Over several years, I had to learn a lot. I burnt myself out (a lot!!) but every single time I got back up, dusted myself off and moved forward. Fast forward several years and I’m “lucky” enough to have created my own successful 6-figure online business and now I’ve teamed up with Esther, where we run a thriving online business together and I get to do what I love every single day.
Through the skills I have accumulated over the past 10 years, I’m now dedicated to helping incredible women to experience the same freedom and lifestyle I’ve created and living their life by design.
Hi, I’m Esther Gretton…
Prior to starting my entrepreneurial journey I was in the corporate 9-to-5 world working my way up to a national management role for a global business. My career spanned across business development, strategy, sales and consulting roles working with small and large businesses… and then finally I took the plunge that I had wanted to take for years!
After a series of life changing events (some great, some not at all…) I left corporate and started my own business. For the past 5 years I’ve been on my entrepreneurial journey and, just like it was for Jaimee, it has been a wild ride.
My first business saw me and my business partners working with nationally recognised businesses running multi 6 figure + campaigns. I was also invited to become a Lecturer in Entrepreneurship and Business at Macleay College here in Melbourne. But one morning I woke up and realised that I was not living my version of success. I was burnt out, had no life and knew that I wasn’t making the kind of impact that I craved.
So after making the tough but right decision to walk forward from that business, I did freelance consulting and started my own business helping women to start and grow their service-based businesses.
Through the last 15 years I have built business (and personal) growth skills that see me doing work that I love.

- Am a huge fan of travel and have travelled to over 28 countries
- Did 3 years of training to become a Yoga and Meditation Teacher
- Am a qualified business coach
- I’m always trying to give up coffee (but it tastes so gooood)
